A Little Bit of History: The Celtic Sheepskin Co started in the mid-1970s as the Original Ugg Co, making Ugg boots and leather goods. Steady expansion means that the company has now become one of the largest sheepskin footwear and clothing suppliers in the UK. Since the company’s name change the wording on the sheepskin boot labels now reads Celt rather than Ugg and most of the boots are made in Newquay from 100% genuine sheepskin.
